They move quickly and do a good job. They are also great with the clean up when the job is complete.

The communication by Arizona Pool and Spa Renovations is Horrible! They would tell me they would be here one day and wouldn't show up. When I asked them if they were coming, I would get treated very rudely, "Look, we have 37 jobs going on right now, you are on the top of the list." Like it is my fault they were over booked!!! The work on the other hand is very good. If you can deal with horrible communication and even worse customer service, you will be satisfied with the quality of work. Our mini pebble finish and new waterline tile looks awesome!

this project was a nightmare. the cap tile shown to me and chosen was not what they were installing. Rectified this problem. The Kool decking was badly chunked out from the way they removed the 34 year old tiles. I wanted the soft Pebble tec finish and what they call mini pebble is not the same. There are some small stones in it but it is primarily plaster and looks nothing like the Pebble tec brand. We paid way too much money for the product we received. The rebar stains that should have been taken care of are already bleeding through the new material which tells me the did not do this process correctly.

My name is Mike Fusco I am one of the owners at Arizona Pool and Spa Renovations. Just to clarify the color of the cap tile was cobalt blue there is only one color of cobalt blue. I'm familiar with the project and the tile that was changed was the perimeter tile, you chose cobalt blue to match the cap tile due to the fact that the perimeter and cap tiles were of different color. On the pebble issue, we use Universal Cement a locally owned pebble and cement manufacturer. We chose them over their competitors for their quality. Ide also like to add there is no "soft" pebble on the market. Please research them and compare. Universal is top notch.

The demolition and resurfacing of my pool were done within 2 days. The crew kept dust to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional work.

Started the job and finished exactly when they said and work completed as contracted. Pool looks great and very happy with price and work.
