Install of the lights came out great. A bit more dry wall damage with switch move and install than I would have liked but it wasn't easy. Overall pleased with them.

Arizona Energy Services completed my project on 21 Nov 2011. I returned to AZ one month later and noticed a couple minor problems with the project. I called the company and they had someone at my home the next day to correct everything identifed. The work was completed at no extra charge.

Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
Job was done as scheduled, but they have a minimum 2 hour service fee at $50/hr + a $50 trip charge. So a simple switch fix that took about 45 minutes cost $150 and that is their minimum charge for any job regardless of complexity or time spent. I was not advised of this ahead of time.

Project: Repair Landscape Lighting or Outdoor Lighting
I was quoted a price for two electricians to come to my home on Friday and do the repair. Late on Thursday night I received a phone call that it would only be ONE eletrician and he would not be there at the scheduled time. I advised I wanted to stay with our original agreement. I was told we would have to reschedule it until Monday to have two electricians available. I agreed to that. Then I was told about costs I had not been told of five days earlier when we originally scheduled the appointment. Now, all of a sudden, I was told of trip charges and minimum charges. Very unethical to change prices that had been agreed upon.
