My project involved replacement of a split system central HVAC with a tight-fitting space for the inside unit. Jacob Boelter was on time for the estimate appointment and knowledgeable about my HVAC and the options available for replacement. He was able to modify the initial plan to accomodate a clearance issue and stayed within budget. He provided personalized service, was flexible on scheduling but puntual, and did a quality installation for a very fair price. He was very conscientious about safety and cleaning up.

Terrific!! I I have a problem - he is the guy I call - he corrected a issue from a prior Contractor - Jacob came to the rescue; I own a duplex, he even worked on the A/C unit next door, a couple of months ago!! Would refer him to anybody & everybody. Can't beat his reasonable prices for sure. Perfect gentleman.
