Mr. Archibald did a great job for us! He was flexible and easy to contact. After he completed the inspection we needed addintional information to complete the close on our home. Mr. Archibald took care of that paperwork for no additional charge! We would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend!

Doug was very thorough with my inspection. He pointed out many things I would have never seen. He is very educated on the new housing codes and explained things well. He is very personable and patient and I felt at ease with him. He found a few items for the seller to fix and made recommendations for me as the buyer to make my house owning experience better. Best of all I have peace of mind after Doug's inspection!

I choose Archibald HI because Doug was the only one who told me how to do my own Radon testing for a huge savings. His HI service was exceptional because he took to the time to explain everything he did, where I should make changes to the house for safety reasons and the level of urgency for each of his recommendations. The personal touch of coaching me on the flowers and what to plant in the Utah environment made me feel that he really cared about his clients and wasn't just another job. this was my first use of service magic and through this experience, it won't be my last.
