I have a 1927 Bungelo with all the irregularities to match, but they still made the counter tops fit like a glove. Furthermore, i was pretty picky about exactly what features i wanted and where i wanted them. However, Arce's not only accomodated those but also took inot account some features that I would need, even though I hadn't thought of them. Normally, i'm suspicious of the lowest priced bid, but after getting 6 different quotes, my wife convinced me that Arce's was the right choice - she was right, and I probably won't live that down.
