Communications - 1. Late in notifying customer of delay in start due to bad weather and delays at other projects. 2. Understanding - Company did not ensure that customer understood potential damage to other trees and surrounding area. Minor damage to property of neighbors on either side. Crew - Very Friendly but not very organized. Lacked leadership. Firm plan was not evident. Cleaned up after work on 2nd and 3rd day very well. Time Line - Nothing firm. Crew arrived at different times and starting time was late morning each of 3 days. Equipment - Small company did not have their own heavy equipment. Rental Stump Grinder failed.

Only complaint I have is that their payment system is a bit hokey. Credit card payments are processed though PayPal, and when I paid the second payment they had trouble processing it. I would have expcted them to use a better credit card payment system than that. Other than that, they were great.

Kieth came out , he was very nice. told us what was wrong with our trees, then talked about what the treatment was. we talked about the year contract and when they would be out to do the treatments, they came,.. did there job and we couldn't be happier .

It started out fine. Then I found out that they sub-contracted most of the work. They damaged about $700.00 woth of decorative concrete edging that a company called Quick-Curb had installed. They said that to get their equipment in to do the job that they would have to remove 2 sections of fence in the rear. They removed 3 and never put them back, knowing that I had 2 German Shepherds. Now I can't let them out till I get my fence back up. The stumps that were fround op by the stump grinder, all of the wood chips were left there on the ground. It is going to take me 3 days just to get them up. They left empty bottles and cans in the yard. The
