I always ask "If this was your ______, what would YOU do?" I trusted Derek's judgment when he said he'd be proactive. We had a questionable problem with our tree, but the other company who came out was perhaps too quick to say there was nothing wrong. We'll have Derek come out in a few months to follow up on our tree.

Derek was quick in responding to the initial request and came in with the lowest bid. However, when trying to set up an appointment, I did not hear back from him. After several e-mails and a voice mail, his crew simply showed up without letting me know ahead of time. The first time the crew was out, they did not do the job well, and I had to call them back a second time to finish the job properly. Derek was professional and accommodating when faced with the issues. However, there were too many problems for such a small job. I will not use Arborist Tree Service again.

These guys know what they are doing. They knew exactly how to remove our 120 foot dead fir tree successfully without any injury to themselves or our property. Their price was the fair market value, too. Thank you Arbortist Tree Service.

They left some branches on the ground, and did not protect other bushes and trees. Overall, the job got done, and I am satisfied.

The only problem I had was scheduling but other than that the two men that came were excellent and worked hard right through the day.
