Tony is the best and most honest contractor I have dealt with in a long time. The crews he brought in were professional and very good at their trade. Tony was on site at least once everyday during the whole process. He was was on a tight schedule and did very well in meeting the schedule. I will be using Tony and Arbor Crest Builders on my next project(s).

.The finished product is good, but the communication is terrible. We were told that the bathroom would take 2 wks. and it was 8 weeks yesterday and we still arn't done. They just never show up. When they do come they might do one thing and leave. We were promised things that we did not get. Tony is very unorganized. You have to keep reminding him of things. You have several different people in and out of your house without explanation which I was not comfortable with. I have had to finish some of the things myself just to get them done.

Hi, service rep from Sun Valley just called and said doors came in, they are going over them to make sure they are in quality condition, she will be calling you next week to schedule for install. There is a review of my Company posted to Service Magic, I don’t believe this is a fair review of the work that was performed on your projects, we changed master layout, changed items that needed to be moved (lighting and electrical) without any extra charges or change orders, installed extra items that were requested and touched up any things that you were unhappy with, the finished product is great. I told you who and when someone was coming

Came up with great suggestions as we pulled out the garden tub and box shower and did a tile shower with glass wall, new granite counter top, mirrors, lighting and faucets.

The contractors workers were excellent, very skilled and neat. The contractor himself was not always dependable when it came to a time schedule for either him to show up or one of his workers. He was handling numerous jobs at the same time, and often lost track of time. However,The entire job was completed in a timely fashion--three weeks from start to finish.

I would give them a 5 because they worked with us on a reasonable pricing; they completed the job when they said they would and the work was very professional. Tony’s customer service is top notch in that he is constantly in contact with us on the status of the job. He stayed on top of his contractors to insure they understood what was to be done and he inspected while they were working to oversee that things were getting done. They kept the work area clean as well. I would totally recommend this builder. I had confidence and trust and they delivered to maintain that confidence and trust in their customer.. As a matter of fact, we will use them in the very near future for any other work that needs to get done.
