equipment not working and had to go to Walmart to get battery before they could start. Incorrect installation of insulation resulted in damage to internal attic and bathroom fans resulting in burning smell, insulation blown throughout home from attic fan use. When reported to company, told to wait 2 days before they would come to fix it..

They came out pretty quick to do an estimate. They had the lowest bid and didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. Set up the work soon after. The rep forgot to tell the crew about the extra long hose run but they had just enough to get the job done. Crew forgot to bring the attic door cover I had ordered but I just bought one at Home Depot for less and installed it myself. I'm having a little trouble getting them to send me an itemized receipt for my taxes. Otherwise they did a good job of installing the blown-in insulation and our home is much more comfortable. I would hire them again.

The workers were very professional and courteous. Since we had the work done my electric bill has been lowered a lot. I want to urge everyone to install new insulation if it hasn,t been done in more than ten years.
