Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
They seemed ill prepared for the job. I was told the foreman called in sick so got started a day late.Said the truck would be loaded and ready to go 1st thing the next day. Turns out, truck was full of trash, had to go to dump, 1 hr late. Hadn't researched downspouts, was told it would cost $450 more ... Maria took care of it - no charge when I complained - Didn't have a pnumatic jack hammer, took the better part of first day obtaining one. All in all they did a good job, just rather disorganized and not through in the estimate, even though I'd called w/that particular concern (downspout location).

Probably offer good solutions for someone wanting what they offer. I found it wasn't what I wanted -- channeling the leak to a drain etc; I wanted the leak FIXED, not merely re-routed.

Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
it took 3 days after I left 3 messages for them to return my call, then they wouldn't give me a date or time for a quote, then they wanted twice as much as anyone else, and they have not done one other job like mine, they said they could repair my cracked foundation, but all they've ever done before was seal basement and foundation walls, I can do that myself. not professional at all!

we had him come out and inspect our basement because we were told it was sliding off the foundation. he was did the inspection and told us we didn't have a problem with our foundation at all. our house is just settling. he was courtious and friendly and truthful.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
They delivered an estimate the day of the visit. They scheduled the repair quickly but there was a mix up in getting the crew out the day promised. They scheduled a next day appointment. The crew was excellent. They worked hard and cleaned up after the job. Whether the basement will accually stay moisture free remains to be seen.
