Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
We were having difficulty finding a plumber to replace a gas line in our home. Aqueduct Plumbing appeared as promised with a very reasonable quote to perform the work. They were timely and professional. I definitely will recommend them to my friend and family.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
The did not show up the at the first appointment in the time slot given but that is understandable that things happen at appointments before yours. They installed the water heater in about half the time they had estimated. Only complaint is they forgot to turn the second water heater back on so I had cold water the next morning. Overall would recomment them.

The crew arrived when they said they would, completed the job timely and returned all calls within a very acceptable time. This is how it should work. When a contractor is called they should show up, and these did. We will be using them again.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
I debated long and hard whether to replace my tanks (in 2 story attic) with tankless. Billy spent the time explaining the pro's and con's of each. I got competitive bids and while they were not the cheapest, they were below the average and due to the amount of time Billy spent with me, I decided to go with Aqueduct. I did not give them a 5 on quality because when they removed the old tanks, the water leak and caused a stain on the ceiling underneath (20' high). I gave them a 5 on customer service because they replaced the dry wall and repainrted immediately at their cost w/o complaint. I would definitley use them again (and I did).

Had a gas line replaced, and Aqueduct's bid was anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 cheaper than the 4 other bids I got. Their work was done perfectly, and customer service was great. Always received a prompt response when I had questions. Would definitely use this company again for other plumbing problems.
