They were very knowledgable, worked VERY hard (broke a sweat although it was a cold day!) and were more than thorough. Everything was explained to me beforehand so that I could make a cleaning decision, then the follow up/warranty was explained afterwards. Very nice, very professional! Would highly recommend, and will be using again for other furniture!
