Overall satified with the outcome of the work even though it took 3 months to complete. Huge lack of communication during all the delays and no one ever answered the phone or returned phone calls from their office. I had to send emails to Walter when I had an issue and I would get a response eventually but not all the time. I understand they had many personnel outages during this summer but a simple phone call would have made all the difference. I have plenty of patience when I know what is going on. There were appts made and not kept and no notification was even made. Was very dissatisfied with the service of this company.

Excellet workmanship done in a timely manner. Not the cheapest but I believe the best. I have received aomplements on the looks of my new pool and am very happy wiith the results.

Sean is a great guy with a great deal of integrity. He made the bidding process comfortable and wanted to work to earn our businness. Unfortunantley it came down to him and one other pool company and we chose the other. I would seriously recommend Aquascapes a a preffered contractor,

So far everything has been done very professionally. They got started right away and every one has been professional and cleaned up after. They had a great selection of plaster, tile, and decking to pick from.. Walter has an actual place of business where we can go and see a pool and talk to him at any time. Every time I call he returns my calls ASAP. Great experience all the way around. I checked many contractors and his price was fair and honest and in line with what I expected to pay.
