Aquascapes took on a pool cleaning job which was done poorly by another pool company. Brian was exceptionally knowledgeable and satisfaction of customer was his number 1 priority. Pool took some time to clean due to other company poor previous year closing procedures, but Brian and crew were expert in getting pool back in balanced, clear operating condition. Exceptional service. Very reactive. In Aquascapes case, the customer is always right! A pleasure to work with such a professional company and will definitely use again.

The young men from this company were professional and hard working. I would call them again anytime. Don't have their bill yet but believe it will be fair.

Brian Nobling, from AquaScape, came out promptly to provide an estimate. However when it came to doing the job he failed miserably. I was charged $600 for cleaning and winterizing the pool and installing a new cover. As of today, 3 months later, the pool still hasn't been cleaned or winterized and the cover is sitting in its box. After several emails and voicemails he finally responded stating that there was a hole in the pool liner that had to be patched first. I asked him to patch it and finish winterizing the pool..... still waiting. Phone calls and voicemails go unanswered. I will now have to hire somebody else.

In response to this comment we did clean and winterize the pool immediatly on response of the customer. We were unable to install the cover because the pool was not filled with water do to a tear we found in the pool liner. We could not patch the pool liner do to the cold weather since the job took place in December. We would be happy to place the cover per our aggreement as soon as the pool is filled with water.

They tried very hard to fix all the issues with my pool. However in the process they made holes in the l.iner which then started leaking. After refilling the pool twice this past summer due to the leaks that were supposed to be fixed, I ordered a new liner to be installed in the spring. They didn't take responsibility for the leaks or offer to help defray the cost.
