Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Although the project required tearing up tile and lower section of paneling, as promised by JR, the company representative, someone came in and repaired the paneling to my satisfaction. Of course, I haven't seen enough rain yet to determine if the basement is really waterproof. The work was done on schedule and in a timely manner. The cleanup effort could have been better.

AquaGuard Waterproofing arrived when they said they would, were very professional, went about their business quickly, and finished the job in 2 days with a limited crew (they estimated 2-3 days). They explained the process, answered my questions, and let me know in advance how long it would take for the new concrete to really dry. I was very pleased with this contracting experience and would recommend them to anyone needing their basement waterproofed.

The workd has not been started. We signed a fliexibe contract which means they will call us with a 3-day window. We liked their way to fix our problem best over the other contractors.

They took my deposit weeks ago. We have called several times to try and schedule work but we never get a call back. I would never hire them again.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! This is the worst service experience of my life. Aquaguard completed a water mangement system in my basement which has failed on multiple occassions leading to flooding. They are unresponsive and unconcerned. I have a pending complaint with the State Department of Regulation and I'm considering a lawsuit.

Aquaguard was fast, flexible, and fabulous! JR worked with us to find a date and time that would work for us, which meant coming on a saturday during a hurricane! The aquaguard crew was efficient and knowledgable and their work was great. Our basement has been dry through a hurricane, tropical storm, and the wettest fall on record! Thanks Aquaguard!

Appears work was sub-contracted out as most of the crew were from various other companies, mostly personal businesses, for various tasks. Everyone was professional. Work completed on time. It's too early to know final results as this was a big project. So far results have been positive, no complaints; basement is dry and new drains functioning. Sales tactics used is only dissatisfaction with company, which can be overlooked so long as job stands test of time.
