While TJ was very kind and patient in explaining all the mechanics to us so that we could do the procedure ourselves in the future, I was disappointed overall because I was quoted at $100 to include opening the pool, chemicals and cleaning. In the end he did not clean the pool and "chemicals" consisted of only dumping 1/2 gallon of chlorine in. My pool has turned green and cloudy within 12 hours of his visit and he has not responded to my phone call for reassurance or additional help.

Hmmm... Visited their pool twice when normally we only include one visit for the $100 charge. Set up their automatic vacuum, tested and balanced all of the chemical levels (cl, pH, Alk, CH). The first I heard of green cloudy water was when I read this review. I'll get in touch with them again and see what I can do to help them.

I wasn't at home when they winterized my pool, but after looking at what they did for the amount they charged, I am very pleased. They were able to work with my old and difficult pool cover (they had to remove it and recover the pool when done), which in and of itself is a feat. Their services were completely comprehensive. I didn't have to do or show them anything. I will definitely use their services again in the future to reopen my pool in the spring and probably replace my old cover. These guys seem very professional and know what they are doing.

Came out the very next morning with the required parts and fixed the problem promptly. The pool heater works great!

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Pricing also seems very reasonable.

Desmond Ebberts is the tech working on our pool problem. He is very attentive to everything. Despite being told by his supplier that the part we need for our filter was 2 weeks out, Des said he was going to call around to see if he could expedite the process. He is very knowledgeable and shows up in a timely manner. I will continue to use Aquacate if all of your techs are as good as Des.
