I believe you got the wrong vendor. I haven't performed a residential job this month. All my work is commercial right now. Please find the correct vendor to place blame on. Alex Brown and Aqua Tech had no hand in this

What we liked about Alex was that he stopped by to meet with us to discuss the job before giving us a price. In the end, his price was very competitive, but even more important, he showed up when he said he would and did a great job for us.
