Ryan was very thorough in explaining the benefits of different types of products and different ways of completing the job, he was friendly and very accomodating. Scott, the owner, was on site during the first day when the majority of the roofing work was done and he was very friendly. They made sure we felt compfortable through the whole process and understood everything that was going on. There were no surprises. Our new roof and gutters look amazing and I couldn't have asked for better service from AquaDuct, they exceeded our expectations! I'm a raving fan.

Sales rep was just great. He was on time and NOT pushy at all. He followed through and answered all my questions. Work was scheduled quickly. Owner was committed to getting the job done exactly correct and followed through with that commitment to the very end. Great job and I am pleased with the result.

We were generally very happy with the service from AquaDuct. They came on time and finished when they said they would. They used good quality materials, and did not pressure us to buy anything beyond what was necessary to meet our needs, and local building codes. We felt that Scott was easy to work with, and would (already have) recommend him to other people needing roofing services.
