Price was the best.  Moreover, the job exceeded my expectations.  Bao, the owner, made sure the prep work was done properly.  We have cedar siding, and he not only cleaned first, but sanded and insisted that everything be primed first.  Priming was not mentioned by the other contractors. <br />We are very happy with the job, and because of the way the prep was done, the paint is very smooth, and I'm sure will last much longer. <br />Sonny Zeolla, Renton, WA
