Barry Sacks was a wonderful real estate appraiser. He was professional; arrived on time, got the appraisal done when he said he would, etc. He was also jovial and extremely knowledgeable about his profession.

Barry and Emi were extremely helpful, conscientious, professional, and provided excellent work and customer service. They both went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. It was refreshing to work with personable and attentive people who provided outstanding work. I would recommend their services to anyone. Theirs is not the cheapest work, but sometimes paying more is worth it and this was definitely the case with them. They were very thorough, timely, and proactive. They are great people and a great company!

Mr. Barry Sacks was very helpful and professional when we first met. He was able to answer my questions effectively and in a rapid manner. He tailored the kind of work he does to my specific needs - contrary to the other 10 appraisers I talked to before him - they wanted a couple thousands to do the work they wanted me to have - NO with Mr. Sacks, he will give you the help you need and ask for.
