Roy was very nice and helpful as the inspector for my new home purchase. He took the time to explain all of the defects in the home and put together a very professional work product.

We loved, loved, loved Roy. He was so willing to work with us and answer as many questions as we had. I really felt like he was there for us and our family. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge about every aspect of the house and really did a thorough job. Also, he was able to give us a ton of tips on how to maintain and prolong the life of almost everything from air conditioner/furnace to siding and garage doors. I would recommend Roy a million times over and a million times more. He has been the only part of the buying a home experience that I am 100% confident with!

Roy was an extreme pleasure to work with. He called me right away after my inquiry and was able to schedule me on a short notice. He was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything that he was doing and what he saw. He went into detail the importance of some of the findings to educate me for future reference. I got my inspection report on the spot and didn't have to wait for it. He was comforting and personable to work with knowing I could call him anytime for questions. He went above and beyond the inspection by providing solutions I could take care of on my own to save some money. Having construction experience under his belt really helps with the inspection. Thank you Roy!
