I was very satisfied with the service with the exception of the actual report was not very neat, some of the number overlapped and somewhat sloppy, very nice person to do business with.

Friendly. Was able to talk to her directly without having to play telephone tag. Her cost to do the appraisal was less than the other referrals I checked. She was efficient in getting the details of the house. She was able to handle our request for a PDF copy of the appraisal without qualm. Only problem we had was that her camera failed to take viewable pictures of the inside of the house for the document.
