Michelle came as promised, but was unprofessioanl when asked about the date of thre completed appraisal, despite knowing of the time frame prior to hiring her. She contnued to state that there is a fee for a fast turn around and I did not pay for that. The deadline we discussed was not met.

Due to a heavy volume in my office, I was unable to meet the deadline by this client. My staff and I try to meet all deadlines. When deadlines are not met, we either provide refunds or help assisting with tax appeals. We have a 98% success rate with real estate tax appeals.

the appraiser lost my file end taking too long to comple myhome apraisal ineed fast because my date line for appeal my property tax
