This company was the only one of the three recommended that returned calls as promised and delivered true to their estimate. Great, friendly, honest folks to work with. Great pricing. After dealing with duds to try and get similar work done I highly recommend this company.

Applied Property Solutions was a great company to work with. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend working with this company on any home project you may have. We are getting some more estimates on other work in our house from them due to the fantastic job they did on our deck.

Jon did a great job on our raised patio project. He was very easy to work with and willing to take the time to understand what we had in mind for the project. He stayed in touch via e-mail throughout and kept us up-to-date on the status of the project. The patio turned out pretty much the way we had planned it and I would not hesitate to recommend Jon and Applied Property Solutions for anyone looking for a reliable landscape contractor.

I really liked Jon from our first meeting. I had yet to meet with two other referrals, but I was comfortable with Jon and hired him on the spot. I have not been disappointed! I have gotten so many comments on how good the lawn looks. I look forward to working with him to improve my landscaping in front and backyard.

I would rate him above a A+ 10 star. I found Jon to be dependable, trustworthy, thoughtful and we like how he treated us with respect. We have plans on him maintaining our yard on a bi-weekly basis with summer approaching.
