We haven't actually started construction yet. The plans have been drawn, and should be ready to go for permitting next week. That's all I can tell. But as far as communication and this relationship I have wth Wayne Brodel at Applied Contracting, it's been excellent. I highly recommend them.

Wes & Russ were a pleasure to work with. We gutted our entire condo and they handled the entire renovation from ceiling to floors, complete kitchen remodel & complete both bath remodel. Would definitely use them again for any other work we might need.

Wes Stapp and all subs were exceptionally professional. They communicated well and were respectful of my home and those in it during the remodel work. The completed project was everything I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend Applied Contracting Services.

All the people I had contact with were professional and knowledable. Construction was done professionally and seldom a day passed without a sub contractor performing some funtion. Special mention of the construction foreman, he was on top of all actions and was easy to work with.

Every knowledgeable & organized. Estimate was complete and included ranges for me to shop by allowing me to stay within my budget. There were a few bumps along the way, but ACS didn't hesitate to make things right timely! There workers have be great and the project should be completed a head of schedule.

Overall it has been a great experience to work with Wes and ACS. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my life easier as I went through the remodel process. When issues did come up they were on top of them and had them corrected with out hesitation and to my satisfaction. I have already recommended them to my friends that are planning to remodel their homes.
