Bernie was extremely upbeat, the repairs were completed quickly and professionally, and they explained the problem before making the repair. I would recommend them for any appliance service (or other small home repair).

I only know the guy's name was Bernie...he never told me who he worked for. I did not get a written bill as I paid him with cash. He did not fix the stove as I need a new one. He did not put the parts back together and now the two oven lights are on all the time until the new one arrives on 3-17,
