Although I thought my son had bought an a/c with a sleeve, it turned out to be a standard window a/c. The techs were pleaseant, fast, and took my old a/c out--and they did this on a saturday--but charged $150.

My air conditioner was mounted in a door and couldn't be removed for cleaning. The tech let me know right off the bat that it would be a major construction project to remove it. He tested the temperature levels and said it was working well and he recommended I wait until it was time to replace it. I was thinking the same thing and it was nice to have his expert advice to confirm it. He didn't charge me anything for the visit. I would call them again!
