Fast and easy to set an appointment, they were thorough and worked quickly. I'd prefer not to have hire them again, only becuase I'd rather my appliances never broke, but they will be the first phone call I make the next time I need work done.

The repair man who came out to fix our washer arrived on time. He was polite and professional, and he quickly and carefully diagnosed the problem. He gave me an up front, concrete price before making the repair, and once he was finished he checked thoroughly to make sure that everything was working. An added praise is that he did all that while working around the chaos of other work we were having done on the house at the same time. I would definitely recommend Appliance Parts and Service to a friend. Thank You!
