Project: Repair or Service an Appliance
We needed a washer/dryer repair. We called and asked about Appliance Masters' fees. Troy, the owner of the company, said there is a $59.99 SERVICE FEE unless a repair is made plus $75/hr for labor. We agreed to this and he came out and made the repairs. He was here for 1 hour 20 minutes so we were charged $100 for labor. Troy also charged us $59.99 for a DIAGNOSTIC FEE. This fee was never disclosed to us until after he made the repairs. Troy charged us for labor AT THE SAME TIME he was 'diagnosing' the situation. It says on his card 'No service fee with repair'. He changed the name of the fee and charged us for something that wasn't disclosed

Called me next morning first thing after I submitted my request. Was able to come out, evaluate the problem and SOLVED. Very good experience and will call hime again if ever needed.
