They were very responsive and attempted to be accommodating with my schedule but due to the pricing of the replacement part we opted to just go with a new washer so we only used them for diagnostics

I was very pleased with the service. They were professional, prompt, and the repair was done in record time. I would certainly recommend them. Goodness knows there are some companies out there I have had the misfortune to deal with in the past that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
