These guys did an excellent job with our new deck last fall. Sam was great in helping us come up with a design. He listened to us and had great suggestions while also fitting the project within our budget. We love being in our backyard now.

Great job! Worked with me on what I wanted the deck to be even after I figured some of the design aspects after we signed the contract and after plans were submitted for approval. He and his team really did a good job. It took me a while to find a contractor I wanted to work on my deck. I felt Sam was the best choice and am happy with my decision.

Really liked the software package that Sam used to help design, re-design our dec. He spent a lot of time doing adjustments prior to the build, and the workmanship was really good.

We had a somewhat complicated project, but Sam didn't seem bothered by it at all. After finalizing the design and submitting the paperwork to the county, we were denied due to a pipe that would have been underneath the deck. Because we were on a time crunch, we were forced to re-design the deck numerous times. Sam was great to work with as I am very particular with what I want. Regarding cleanup, I have to call him as they left a ladder! And they never got around to wiping down the dust off the rails. But other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend Sam for any project.

Sam and his workers were GREAT! They got the job done quickly and went above and beyond their duties to use the dirt from the post holes to fill in some sagging patches in my yard. Sam even purchased grass seed and roll-out hay to help me get the grass to grow well in those areas! GREAT JOB SAM!!
