Excellent vendor. We had a tight time window and they arrived earlier than expected and completed the job in around 30 minutes. He was very professional and knew what the problem was within minutes. We are very pleased w/ Apple Applicance Repair and will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

Pro was friendly, punctual and provided a quick turn around from start to finish!

They say 24/7 service, It took them a over a week to complete a simple repair. They should have ordered the part the same day they came out to assess the problem. They came out last Wednesday, and did not order the part until Monday. We had to call them to get a status. Once they got to the repair they did a decent job, but I would not hire them again. They are not responsive enough for the price you pay.

They called exactly a day before Thanks giving our part supplier was closed till Monday still they expect us to comeplete the call within 24 HRS readers judge for yourself

Too expensive. Cheaper to purchase a new dryer. The manager quoted me a price range (Otherwise I would not have agreed to the $40.00 service fee). WHen the technician came out, it was approximately 50 - 100% more than the range I was quoted over ther phone.

what ever she wxplained over the phone was not the problem then how can she expect to pay the same price for a different issue we always tell customer if turns out some other issue you only have to pay service call and not do the work if its over buudget thats what happeneded here

When I told them I had quote from another repair service, and I wanted another opinion they were happy to do so. My other quote was for a new Compressor and fan for my refrigerator. Apple Appliance wanted to do their own assessment of the problem. Thankfullly they did. It was neither of those things, just a small computer part needed. They were quick to respond to my needs. Kept me informed for the few days it took to check and order parts. AND, saved me $500.00! MY first quote was for $800.00, and my Apple appliance final invoice $300.00. VERY HONEST, VERY PROFESSIONALL, I AM VERY IMPRESSED.

They were not upfront about what the cost of needed part of the repair was. I made two calls to find out the cost of the repair and the status of the ordered part. The process took about 10 days. I was disappointed.

Their part was a back order from Manufacturer whenever she called we informed her
