Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The quality of our 1/2 bathroom remodel is fairly nice, but the process was painful. Mike's communication was poor and project management even worse. We paid 20% upfront and after several miscommunications, Mike's worker started the job 10 weeks later. The project was expected to take one week, and took over 2. HIs crew was careful and asked many questions, but there was obviously miscommunication between Mike & them. He planned to leave a 'clean out' pipe exposed through torn sheet-rock, used black ABS piping rather than the estimated copper, and then critized us of being 'picky', as we paid him $5K for this small project.

Very knowledgable and accomodating. There's no pushy sales tactics and staff is very polite. Scheduling conflicts arose but even subs would call us to notify. Our shower came out really nice and would use Apollo for our next bath remodel. I would also recommend Apolllo to my friends and family.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Apollo Bath and Design showed great attention to detail, they listened to my needs and my financial considerations and made suggestions that fit into my budget. When they did the work, the workmen was on time, did their work with a minimum of fuss and as little disruption as possible to our family. When they found a pipe that was leaking under the house, they showed me, explained what was going on and fixed the leak. They always cleaned up after themselves each day. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I signed the contract. Price was competitive. I gave him (Mike) the check for parts ($1500) as per what was stated on the contract. A day or two later I contacted him as I was horribly afraid my check might have bounced. I never have done that and it turned out that, thankfully I had not then either. But after that this Mike decided that he would disregard the contract completely, and demanded that I pay for the WHOLE PROJECT BEFORE IT WAS EVEN COMPLETED (basically, $2,500 more), and this was not per the contract, and was flat out inappropriate and wrong. The job that to be done in two days was done in five. Garbage left behind.

We just hired this contractor, primarily because his quote was detailed, his price seemed fair, and he was helpful in terms of following up, returning calls, answering questions, and being flexible.

Mike was extremely helpful in taking me to vendors who would provide the materials for the project. I was given many selections to choose from and also able to be flexible to work the installation around my schedule. If something was not completed to my liking, Mike quickly made it right. Mike had several suggestions to help me design the most attractive bathroom.
