I have 13 years of combined construction and inspection experience. I will provide you with great service, a thorough inspection, and a detailed report with pictures and explanations. I will not leave until you are satisfied. There is no need to call multiple inspectors and waste your time making multiple trips to the property, as our inspector also can perform testing for Radon, Mold, Asbestos, Lead, and Allergens.

Finding Nordic Home Inspections was pure luck on my part!!! I am out of state and contacted Mr. Knobloch by email after finding his company on Google. His response was quick and friendly and although it was a holiday weekend, he was at my house in three days! He was thorough, efficient and honest. I can't thank him enough for everything he has helped me with regarding my house!!!

Lars did a GREAT job. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very thorough and gave us common sense recommendations for any of the areas that could be improved. The only reason I didn't give him perfect 5's is we haven't had verification of how great he was! Definitely would use him again!
