John was very professional and courteous. After receiving his phone call in a very timely manner from giving the info to the service, John was here in thirty minutes as promised. He helped us out on a Friday night as well and was very gracious about having to travel out of Austin. I would recommend this company to family and friend for wonderful service with great service providers.

I sent in my request and within 5 minutes John had responed. He said he was just down the road and would like to come out and go service my AC today. Wow! Quick service. He was here within 30 minutes. He looked everything over and gave suggestions on how to better the system and help my energy cost. John is very customer focused, he not pushy and did not over sale his visit. Thanks John for being very professional. Corby

I called APEX on a Saturday, and John was there within a few hours at no extra charge. My compressor was out, and he offered me the option of buying a new compressor instead of an entire new system. The compressor was installed by noon on Monday, and the bill was less than the estimate! I am pleased!
