Ronnie (the owner) is a very experienced professional who really cares about producing a quality product. Even though he was very busy, he always made time to come by the house during the process to address my questions and allay any fears or concerns I had (Am I picking out the right color for the stain? Should I put satin, semi or high gloss on the floors?). Even though my floor had already been sanded down by his team, he spread different colors of stain on it so I could get a better idea of my color choice. In the end, he actually mixed colors to get me exactly what I wanted. Ronnie and his team were neat, timely, and friendly. A+++!

We had our hardwood floors refinished. The sanding went fine but the person that applied the sealer and varnish, did a terrible job. He let it soak in too long in different areas. You can see where he starts and stops with the squegee and they were supposed to put a commercial varnish on. If they did, they spread it so thin that you can feel the roughness of the wood. And the varnish is coming off of the stairs that they redid. I talked to the owner of the company about it but he gave me lots of lame excuses and said it would all blend in; to just wait 6 months. So, please don't hire this company if you want your floors done right.

This floor was full of pet stains that the homeowner did not want to pay to have patched out.The homeowner was told the stains would show if the damaged areas were not replaced.She declined to have them replaced do to her budget and stated that they did not bother her. She also wanted waterbased natural finish which has a thinner look than oils. The finish used on her floor was a commercial grade,very durable natural looking finish made by Basic Coatings called Streetshoe.She was guaranteed the finish would not wear through in next five years or floor would be repaired at no charge.

Apex was the ONLY one to call and give me a bid. They squeezed me in to fix my floor since I was having a big party that weekend. Very pleased with their work and customer service.

Ronnie and his crew did a fantastic job on the floors. They communicated their arrival/departure times, kept me in the loop regarding progress, and each day they were here they left their work area very clean and neat. They did an amazing job! I recommend this company for any floor refinishing project.

Ronnie and his crew did a great job on our 2-phase job. They did everything fom sandind and refinishing to new install and matching. They were always prompt and professional. Well worth the money! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their flooring.
