Don and his team clearly demonstrated their extensive experience and expertise in roofing on our home which has some unique architectural aspect. They treated my house as if it was their own and provided honest guidance in the estimating and planning phase of the project about what the correct approach would be and what the options were for us. Everyone always showed up on the day and time they said they would without the need for phone calls or reminders. Their work was high quality and they cleaned up after themselves without prompting. They are friendly old school New Hampshire guys as well which means a fair price too.

I submitted my project request with ServiceMagic and I barely got my finger off the mouse button when Apex (Don) called. He came by the next business day to take a look and the following morning, the job was done. They sealed the leak I did have and sealed two other pipes that would be leaking soon. Also replaced some shingles blown off by a storm. Don said what he'd do then did what he said. Prompt, courteous, excellent value. A job well done. I wish the rest of my life's tasks were as easy as this was!

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Don called back immediately when I left a message about my problem. He scheduled a quote for the next day. Was on time for the quote. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it in the same day at a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised that he had also done work at my neighbor's home. It was a quick, easy fix for something that I thought could be a big expensive problem. I appreciated his honesty and good work ethic.
