I hired Apex, they came out to fix a belt, which they did, but I felt they overcharged me. When the technician finished, he refused to put the door back on that I had removed (6 screws) to diagnose the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I received a call first thing in the morning. The technician arrived before he promised. My appliance was fixed before noon the same day. Not only would I recommend them to a friend, I will call them the next time I need an appliance repaired.

They replied to my request quickly, sent someone out quickly, and repaired my dryer quickly! It has been a few days now and so far, so good.

They came when they said they would. It was a simple problem and they didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg for a call that I could have fixed on my own; had I known what was going on. I would use them again because they were fair with me.

they were very nice. Found the problem told me how much it would be & ordered the part. Called me when the part came in & on both occations the came out next day, & on time. I was very pleased.
