Anthony's prompt, thorough and superior inspection saved me from buying a house with many hidden flaws which TN laws do not require a non-resident owner to disclose, including hidden wood rot, faulty roof installation, serious termite damage to structural beams and electrical fire hazards.

Mr. Peden, Has inspected two homes for me he does a wonderful job and explains everything so that you can understand it even if like me you know nothing about a home. He is very through with the inspection I would Highly recommend Mr. Peden to anyone and will use him again if I need a home inspection.

What a great experience! I tried to keep an open mind about hiring a new face to do my home inspection, but in the first few minutes after meeting Anthony my concerns vanished. He was thirty minutes early to our appointment, and he spent approximately four hours checking out the house. I tagged along most of the time he was here, and he was very thorough in his inspection. The report showed up in my inbox a couple of days later. The pdf document goes into great detail about his findings, and most of the flaws he found are supported with photos. I will recommend Anthony Peden to anyone who needs a home inspection. Five stars... Thanks Anthony!

Mr. Peden may have told me more than I wanted to know .. but then I am the seller doing a pre-inspection . . found things I would have rather not have known about, but if I was the buyer they would be things I definitly wanted to know about .. Mr. Peden did a great job and did exactly what a inspector should do .. he found those things that needed to be found and pointed them out .. if you don't want to know, then don't use this guy .. but if your buying a house and want to know what may be a problem for you in the future, then Anthony Peden is the inspector for you !!!
