Agnes, my primary contact, was patient and informative, and had such a winning, engaging way, I felt like I was a partner in the landscaping experience, not just a client. She crafted a landscape design that was in my budget, and one that gives us room to grow. The installation staff was also wonderful-- right on time, friendly, and very professional. The design team captured much of what I needed in my landscape design. They were flexible with the design and extremely knowledegable about plants. The staff was extremely professional and friendly (especiall towards my dogs). Anne seems to employ staff who's goals are to become experts in landscaping design and implementation. The staff was timely and clean. <br />Anne and her team continmue to follow up to check on the progress of my newgarden. I even received an e-mail from Agnes, who was on vacation in France, to check in on the the garden's progress.
