We had bats in our basement . They were able to come out to our house the next morning after speaking with them. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Review by a customerin Loveland, OH Project: Control or Eliminate Rodents
On the initial, 'emergency' visit the team spent over three hours looking inside and out, top to bottom for where the mice/rat might be gaining access to out home. They were quite thorough setting traps, bate and covering vents (dryer and hot water heater). When the problem persisted they came back, free of charge, and delivered more traps and covered the fireplace vent. They were professional and thorough!

Review by a customer Project: Dry-rot, Water or Pest Damage - Major Repair
We hired Nicholas to removed raccoons from our home; I felt some of their crew was very courageous and forth coming and some not so much. We hold so much appreciation with their follow-up, we didn't want our animals getting attacked. Some of their rules and regulations do need to be adjusted a tad with fees and cage charges.
