Ed provided a clear estimate in writing. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He ran into a situation half way through the job that required additional time and materials. He did the right thing so the job was completed correctly and was more than fair in dealing with the additional expense. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed. He will do a professional job and make sure it's done right.
