Project: Hire a Handyman
Cliff Anderson bid a small tile job and the installation of a dishwasher. The bid was high, but I felt confident that he would do a good job. The tile job was really badly botched and he used a "dull blade" to remove the existing tile causing a tremendous dust cloud in my house. He was unable to install the dishwasher he said it was over his head. He was asked to leave at that point and he began arguing with my husband. Cliff was paid in full for a job barely half done. He threatened to press charged against us, and I still have to pay someone else to finish his work. I would caution anyone thinking of hiring Cliff Anderson. He took a job he could not do. He showed up unprepared with a dull blade and no plastic sheeting. He took money he did not earn and he threatened to press charges against us if I gave him a bad review.

wow if your in business long enough you willhave a customer now and then that is not going to be happy no matter what you do. we were hired to do a small tile job and to install a dishwasher,my tile guy has 20 years experiance.we have never installed a dish washer and im not a plumber,i told pamela this in advance.[the customer] she also had three days to protect her home from dust.miner mistakeswere made,very easy to correct the customer never ever gave me the chance we did try to install dishwasher, but couldnt.there were 2 bad cuts on tile,easily corrected she said no. my price was very fair. we had no dull blade. i wanted to please her.

Mr. Anderson gave me the best bid. However, he then continued to change the bid and kept saying he did not that and this was not correct, etc.

i was pleased to get the fence job from mr paul n,however during the construction of the fence mr n added more work,to the project, and because of that i changed the price twice on the contract,mr n said he understood but clearly didnt, im in business to make money ,but most of all im inbusiness to do quality work and please my customers,and thats what i allways do,and i did that on this job as well. cliff anderson.

I was contacted within a few minutes of entering my project, and had a visit in less than an hour to determine what needed to be accomplished. I am very satisfied with the quality of work, and will hire this company again when I have another project.

Cliff hooked me by repeating: "I won't leave until you're satisfied," but then complained when I asked for finishing details that we had discussed in advance. He was willing to please, however, and prompt and professional.

Very honest and hardworking. I live out of town and had no problems getting the fence replaced in a timely matter. The fence looks fantastic as well!
