Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts

Gutter cleaning charge was reasonable - estimate was given in advance. I assumed reasonable charge for installation of down spout, but no estimate was given. Price was exorbitant. A cost estimate should have been given up front (like for auto repairs). I wouldn't have done the work for that price. Lesson learned - be careful with this company.

I thought that Marty was happy with our service when I spoke to him last, and I am sorry to hear otherwise. Marty did seem surprised by the price as sometimes people are, but if I had known that he felt my service was overvalued, I would have discussed the matter with him further and perhaps lowered the price if he still felt that way (as I am still willing to do). We did quite a bit more than install a downspout and the pricing was based on the same model as the gutter cleaning. Free estimates are always available, but most repeat customers never ask us for estimates as they often tell me my prices are some of the most reasonable around.

He called me right away, He gave me what I thought was a fair estimate for the job. The job he did was very good and required extra work so it ended higher but all in all he did a good job he was fair and I will call him again if I can use him.
