I was very disappointed in their services. Our contract stated that they would cut my tree flush to the ground and they only cut the top off and left it level with the roof. When I called to ask why they did that they claimed I told them to do it that way. Really, then why even have a contract if you are just going to go by what you think someone said. I wanted it cut flush to the ground as our contract stated and there should have been no misunderstanding with what is in writing. Furthermore they were not able to get someone out there to finish the job until 2 days later. I would not recommend their servics to anyone.

ANchor provided a team of experienced tree trimmers at a reasonable price. I felt the professional attitude was there strong point. I had a 60 ft. tall palm that needed to be removed and after looking at what needed to be done to protect the surrounding area the forman then consulted with me to make sure I was ok with it. He was concerned about using the safest way and not damaging the surrounding area. I had two other trees removed and various trees that needed trimming. All work was completed satisfactorily and clean up was good. Good group to work with.

Excellent! We had gotten 2 other estimates, both reasonable and we were very impressed by both companies. Anchor, however, had the MOST excellent price and completed work the same day. High quality work, great technicians and the company obviously takes real pride in it's work.

I had a 50 year old Laurel Oak that needed to be removed. Many companies failed to show up for a quote, and one company was three times as expensive as Anchor Tree. These guys did a great job from the start. The quotes were professional looking. They were able to provide proof of insurance. It’s even on their website. Erica in the office was excellent and always responded quickly. Zane was onsite when they started the job and came back to inspect it. The guys who did the actual tree removal worked quickly and left without damage. They were very nice as well. I would use them again without hesitation.

Dispite the recent Sept rains, they were able to trim my trees within a week of hire. Very professional, with a job well done. They will be back in the spring to trim again!
