Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Work was done by a subcontractor. Scope of work was not fully explained to sub. Subcontractor worked to complete job as per the contract. Anaheim Carpet made promises that they had to keep.

Project: Install Carpeting
The experience overall was very satisfactory. The salesperson was very nice and came to the house with samples. The price was very competitive and done on our time table, much faster than Home Depot or Lowe's quote would have been able to complete. The finished product and installation were done exactly as expected with no surprises on price or any other part of the service or carpet. I have already referred them to a friend.

We had a very good experience w/ the service we received.Im very impressed w/ our floor installer (Project Ps flooring installation)they did a very good job and really gave as the best quality of service as a costumer.Thank you very much for your job well done.

My only comment is that the salesperson be more communicative. I had to call him when the contractor didn't show. He told me then that they were starting the following day. I was not very happy as I had taken the day off from work Other than that, the work quality and speed of completion was excellent. We had carpet throughout the house, tile in 2 bathrooms and wood flooring installed.

Jason is great! I got really good carpet at a really good price. I am a first time home owner and I got 5 quotes for carpet and he beat one of the quotes by 1/2!!! Plus, he offered me a better grade of carpet. If your smart you'll call him for a quote!
