Amrak called me promptly and set up a time withina couple of days. I have 2 kiva fireplaces.He inspected the one upstairs for free and let me know it didn't need any work. He then cleaned the one in the livinig room with the 18 ft chimney. Very clean and very quickly. He also reattached a spark inhibitor that the roofers had knocked off as just part of his service. He also discussed how much wood burning I do and what type of woods I burn. Educated me on how that affects how often the chimney needs to be cleaned. He also set up to send me a reminder card in 8 months so I would remember to clean and be safe. Very conscientious business.

Inspected and cleaned my 2 story wood stove pipe. Was professional and performed the job well without making a mess (as soot and creosote often does). Gave me advice on maintaining it myself.
