Project: Repair a Ceiling Fan
Eric is very knowledgeable and is trying to make the repair as cheaply as possible. He will research options tomorrow. Without having seen the project completed, I can't really vouch for the ratings above, but they are what I anticipate.

Promt, courteous, professional. This is just where things started. I manage a large estate and needed an electrician in a pinch. Amplified Electric called me back the same day (within hours) and was able to perform and schedule the work when it was best for the owner. The work was completed in a timely fassion. I was notified and communicated with every step of the project. I would certainly use Amplified again. i felt so strongly that i've already used them at my own personal home for an indoor lighting and switch project. Again they were knowledgeable and professional. I plan to use them on both propertries in the future. Thanks Eric!

Andrew's Electric and Amplified Electric both responded quickly and went out of their way to schedule a time for an initial visit. Both were courteous and professional. I scheduled a quote vist with Ramon Monteon as well but he missed his appointment and did not call to reschedule. I'm sure I would have been pleased with either Andrew's or Amplified's work, but I chose Amplified because he emailed me a written proposal of the job, clearly listing everything I requested. While I'm sure Andrew's Electric knew what I wanted, Amplified's email made me feel more comfortable about not being at the house when the work was performed.

Mr. Davis came out as promised, inspected the problem, and as promised, since the job didn't involve extra tools or work not only got the wiring done in one room, but all rooms at the same time, and charged just his regularly hour rate. He was very courteous and prompt as well. A good electrician if needed.

Very good job. But I had to call back because of a problem with the fan. The tech told me he would get back to me, but he never did. If you say you guarantee your work for a year then you should get back to the customer when they call in order to do that.

Although I did not require Eric's service for this job, I would definitely recommend him to do a project. He was on time, communicated very well, and spent his time to explain what the problem most likely was, and gave me the choice to try on my own or hire him (for not too much) to do it. I really was impressed with his friendly and professional attitude. Thanks.
