I am David Michael Wood, specializing in English Country House style interior design and traditional architectural floor plans. For over 25 years, I have provided personalized service, for homes and apartments, large and small, in the New York area, New England, the South and London--resulting in comfortable rooms, properly arranged, filled with pattern and color, reflecting the clients' wishes. I often incorporate existing antiques, furnishings, rugs and accessories, adding furniture, window treatments, etc. chosen collaboratively. I review floor plans for renovations or new residential construction with an eye to practical space planning and optimum furniture arrangement. I have refined floor plans, architectural details to achieve the desired residence. A consultation before renovation or building may prevent many costly mistakes during the building process. Interior decoration: $2500 initial retainer; $25,000 minimum budget. Architectural consultation: flat fee, to be determined!
