Absolutely fantastic service. Jeff came out to assess our plumbing problem - no water. He came within a couple of hours of first contact, troubleshot the source of the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Amazing. Simply superior service! He was friendly, honest, capable and just wonderful. Extremely reasonable rates. His business card is already taped to our water pressure tank. If ANYTHING goes wrong, I know who to call! I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Jeff to make arrangements on this hotwater installation. He was knowledgable of the area and the older house construction. He knew what type of hot water heater would be needed and unlike other quotes I received, he wasn't going to charge additional if the house required changes to the venting. When he arrived early, was very friendly and easy to work with. The job was completed ahead of schedule. This company was the least expensive of the 3 provided by servicemagic, and didn't insist on providing extra unnecessary services. I would recomend this company to anyone looking for a replacement hot water heater.
